1. Improving work/life balance (vs. 3 years ago) 2. Stable business overall 3. Great co-workers. Rank & file employees still want to do-the-right-thing 4. A few good managers. Getting fewer.
Cons
1. Constant re-orgs and change in big direction. 2. Very difficult to innovate new products/ideas. Planning process == big idea killer. 3. Sr. execs only keen on building fiefdom and forwarding personal agenda. Land grab mentality. 4. Loooong promotion process.
