      Pros

      Culture in Technology and Marketing organizations are great. eBay, Inc. has wonderful values and behaviors by which employees are expected to live by. Great learning and education opportunities. Career opportunities are prolific within eBay, Inc. Salaries are getting more competitive, benefits are really good.

      Cons

      Front-end development and back-end development is mixed together. Can take a long time to develop products, too many cooks in the kitchen. eBay values and behaviors are no where in sight within PayPal UED, where there is a culture of fear and morale is at an all-time low.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
