Great product, very smart individual contributors. Good benefits, and the company treats it's employees fairly. The company took great pain to make sure in the recent RIF, it took care of leaving employees by giving them a generous severance. Good sabbatical program. This company can do wonders if under a focused no-nonsense leadership.
Cons
Politics, Politics, Politics, Bad Process, Bad Process, Bad Process. What can I say more everyone is trying to screw everyone else in the leadership levels. It's a technology controlled organization, only worried out getting features out of the door. The biggest problem for PayPal is PayPal itself.
