      - few opportunities for advancement - few opportunities in professional, salaried positions - disconnect between leadership goals and management implementation of goals - disconnect between President's message and local leadership - clear favoritism, with some employees who excel being held back without explanation

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
