      Cons

      work and life balance is challenging, you need to work night frequently with the team in India . Management is trying to improve. However, agile process will worse this in short term.

      Great people but that may be team dependent.

      Culture is very team dependent. Slow to build things but that's probably to downside to corporate... it all depends on the team that you're on
