      Vast Resources Excellent Pay / Benefits

      Cons

      If you're not part of the core operation you're likely in for a rough ride. While their onboarding for acquired companies seemed streamline and the rhetoric talks about how they embrace you as part of the "family" you're really not. You'll be held at arms length, eyed suspiciously and if anything at all goes sideways you're jettisoned as a dead weight. 0/10 - would not be acquired again.

      Pros

      People appear to be nice, good benefits, and appearance of nice/collaborative culture.

      Cons

      Employees - especially those who have been there for years are very territorial for work. The company is highly siloed, people do not collaborate in a positive manner but a very fake manner with alternative agendas. Too many meetings with no agendas.
