Pay. Considering you just need a high school education, I started at 14.00/hr and in two years was making 18.00. They give shift differentials for working weekends and holidays. At the holidays there is also room for OT. Have excellent on site amenities.
Cons
Working weekends, overnights and holidays. It's a call center.
