- Nice colleagues - Opportunities to move up the ladder/to other departments
Cons
- Poor location [far away from the city centre, Dublin has poor public transport] - Management does not care about employee satisfaction. After 5 months in Fraud I was advised that they were moving me to customer service because of understaffing in this department. They did not care I was very strongly against this decision. PayPal moves agents from department to department without considering the feelings of their employees. You are a number in this company, not a person
