      Good people to work with. Loads of potential in the product Clients can see the value in the solution Global network

      Salaries aren't competitive in the senior sales or relationship management areas of the business in the UK. Internal data quality and reporting solutions are left wanting, resulting in a lot of re-work and poor decision making.

      Pros

      Great company! My managers and directors care about who I am as a person. They want you to succeed and be efficient at the role so you have the tools and support to foster that growth.

      Cons

      Big company energy. Can be draining month after month. Sales as a whole can be tiring but it’s very rewarding when you get lucky, put in the hard work and hustle!

      Culture is very team dependent. Slow to build things but that's probably to downside to corporate... it all depends on the team that you're on
