      You will work with a lot of great people.

      Cons

      There seems to be a lack of process in proper data collection. Data Warehouse design is not optimal and is EXTREMELY difficult to mine data. There are too many processes that you have to follow in order to get access to data. If you are in data/analytics, this is not the company for you.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
