      difficult to get a decent work-life balance due to shifts and location / not flexible shifts / frequent change of procedures regarding moving department and bonus payout / politics regarding moving role or department

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
