Pros

Health insurance that’s it, salary sucks when you look at all the things you have to do in comparison to other companies.

Cons

Where to start… don’t take this job if you remotely want a social life or family time. Your manager will be texting you at night asking you to do stuff well after hours. FORGET working remotely, this company is so anti remote work it’s absurd. The offices are depressing. Thinking about working here? Don’t! There’s a reason so many employees go work for competitors. Go work for competitors where you’ll have the support like help in your meetings, a team to implement, help setting meetings. Paycom has unrealistic expectations, if you want to be happier do not work here.

Pros

Excellent benefits. The $1 health insurance and $0 medical bills when partnering with ZERO are hard to beat. $4 lunches daily The company does a good job recognizing and celebrating high performers. Personally, I’ve always felt appreciated for the work I do. Good workplace culture with frequent employee appreciation initiatives.

Cons

The workload has increased significantly over the past few years, but compensation hasn’t kept pace for everyone. Pay increases don’t always seem consistent across employees, even when workloads are similar. While top performers receive recognition, some employees may feel overlooked or underappreciated. The pace can become overwhelming during busy periods due to the growing workload and the department continuing to downsize.
