Pros

-Reasonable workload despite understaffing, cuts, and hiring freeze -Middle management is sincerely amazing and embodies the Values of PH -Your colleagues will probably be top-tier experts, supportive, hard-working -Beautiful campuses with some wildly delicious and affordable food options

Cons

-No opportunities for advancement -Prior CEO crippled org with antiquated, poor management ability -C-suite is stacked with massively compensated but unskilled, ineffective individuals. No growth or "wins" -Layoffs always expected. 7 major layoffs since 2013, nearly every other year, of vital staff positions. Each layoff is a tangible feeling of business failure as profits continue to drain faster from reduction to skeleton crew. -Hiring freezes and exiting expert staff without replacement. Fatigued remaining staff, morale as low as possible as next layoff comes.
