      Great wage. Family insurance. Lovely patients who make your day.

      Cons

      Not enough staff to provide timely care. Implicit Bias. Organizational financial distress. You will need to be okay with your medical staff being your care providers. Frontline staff accountable, but not leadership. Work life balance.
