Pros
The mission of the organization is solid. Excellent first day orientation program. Solid benefits and PTO policy. The patients and other callers into the Department were very nice.
Cons
Terrible, degrading department training and evaluation. Prepare to be micromanaged within a millimeter of your life. If you are a robot and need to be told how to do every little thing, this job situation is for you. The phone training requires you to follow their poorly worded scripts verbatim or else you will be criticized and given a poor job evaluation.
