Liked Coworkers for most part.
Cons
Lots of Big Fish in small pond mentalities. People in leadership positions without education or management skills. When suggesting changes or improvement there was a lot of "Why change, this is the way we've always done it"., type attitude. Professionalism here wouldn't past muster in other states.
