great people to work with.All want to do the best job with limited resources of time and coworkers
Cons
Middle management hardly there too many layers of responsibilities that they don't know what is really happening in their various units.Everything communicated by email but you can't see it at home so if you are gone seems like hundreds of emails waiting once back at work.
