Pros
Chances to advance based on your own motivation. Still offer decent benefits although it's declined in recent years. Some supervisors are fantastic and supportive, and encourage growth in employees
Cons
Frequent changes in leadership and "vision" becomes tiresome. Overhear complaints that it can feel like you will be "downsized" at any given time if you're in a non-direct patient care role.
