Amazing staff within the walls of the hospital. Work hard and care with deep compassion.
Cons
The executives make narrow sighted cuts with no perspective for retention and growth in every area, especially non nursing. Very nurse based environment, with little attention to other critical areas. No longer serving its own mission.
