Pediatricians in Special Care Nursery have no consensus on treatment plans, patients are mismanaged because of it. There is no way to anticipate what next steps of care are because there are no policies/protocols, docs have to be paged for every step. The birth center is very micromanaged. You essentially have the ask the manager any question you have because there is no knowledge sharing. RNs literally wear trackers on their badge so management can know where you are at all times.
