      schedule flexibility - Managers are very flexible when it comes to time to take vacations or id you need to take care of personal agenda during lunch time.

      There is no fitness center or child care center in the work place

      From home and relaxed working environment

      Cons

      They never know when the project will end or start so you can’t line up other work. Projected end 16th and we end 10 days early? Thats a lot of wages now I don’t have.
