Pros

1) Product is world class, 2) Good work life balance 3) You can learn PRPC. 4) You'll love this place and the organization if you not part of GCS

Cons

One of the worst teams in Pega is GCS, Never even think of joining GCS. They will hire you saying you will be working on Java and cutting edge technologies, But you will end up doing worst ever work and you will lose you own technical competency and you will be use less. GCS in India is managed by some of the worst people, Hell lot of politics and boot licking pays you more than your work. They literally treat you like slaves and you would end up doing Level 1 work, No respect at all to the people. They will hire you saying all good things which are not part of the team.. Never ever join GCS, If the people are hiring for GCS please decline to even attend the interviews. If you are being hired for any other team apart from GCS just go without even a second thought.

Pros

Good benefits, there are some great people here

Cons

Everyone I talk to is burnt out and I don't think anyone is hearing this at the higher level so I am resorting to this. We get it, we can use AI. That doesn't mean I can do more and more work with less resources. Do you need us to be faster or do you just want to be cheaper with execution? Our inability to be like our competitors isn't because we don't have talented people. These companies invest in their people and staff departments instead of running them into the ground. On that note, the tone from flt to your teams recently was not great and I'm not sure how aware they are that it bothered a lot of employees. At a time when the economy is bad, multiple wars that impact some of our colleagues, and AI is replacing people left and right, that is the tone you take with employees? It came off as very out of touch.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear this has been your experience, and we take concerns like this seriously. When employees feel stretched or unheard, that matters to us. It’s not the environment we aim to create, and feedback like this helps us understand where we need to do better. If you’re open to it, we encourage you to connect with a Talent Advisory Partner or trusted People leader so we can better understand your experience and continue the conversation directly. Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. — Employee Experience Team
