Pros
Literally none- as in any job, you get the opportunity to meet new people, some very intelligent and warm, but the company itself is a group of overseas IT people who do not know how to respect other employees, body shop them, and disregard all corporate culture mannerisms. They are arrogant for no reason and just a miserable place to work overall.
Cons
DO NOT WORK HERE. Simple. There is no training/onboarding for new hires, no guidance, work remote so no interaction with team, just orders, bodyshops, and complete disregard for individuals. They will bring you and drop you instantly with no notice. Just go the other way, you can do better than this.
