Pros
Interesting animals, nice customers, fun tasks at times. There is an employee discount and you can purchase clearance items.
Cons
Horrible management, low pay, too much work expected to be done in 5 hour shifts with no one else in your department, you have to be working on something every second with no allowance for customer service responsibilities or emergency situations. The animals are kept in cramped, solids walled bins for months.
