Pros
A fun place to work. A lot of the associates are intelligent and really do care about the job they are doing. The programs they have in place are sound and for the most part able to be completed
Cons
The duties set for managers are up for interpretation. The store manager has the final say in what duties are accomplished but the lower managers are held accountable for specific tasks which the store manager may pull them away from. The district manager is too focused metrics and does not look at individual performance based on store manager directives. This company is easy to get terminated from if the relationship between the store manager and you is not perfect. The training is learn on your own when you have time even though there is a training program that when looked at on paper is great, however, it does not work this way and you are held accountable for what you should have learned not what you did.
