Pros

The animals and genuine people who tried to help them, the customers who look to Petsmart for their pet needs. and many of the associates who genuinely care.

Cons

A training program that is only what it says on paper but is not done in actuality. Its a Joke. . Company says one thing and does another. Way too many programs to learn at once and not reasonable considering the expectations for the time given. a deluge of yes- men around every corner seeking to establish themselves for a brief sense of notoriety .

Pros

If you have experience they can pay very well considering the size of the company. Depending on which store you are in, they can be pretty good at fostering a good environment and culture.

Cons

Company is primarily focused on sales and not customer experience. So expect a lot of metrics and hounding customers. Company is trying to be technologically forward but continues to neglect to invest in the technology. So there’s updates every week crashes every week with no communication around it.
