Good opportunity to grow and do different things. Excellent people to work with who are committed to doing a good job. Lots of opportunity to learn and doing new things. No micro management, good mid level managers.
Cons
They are cutting deep and to the bone. Lots of jobs are outsourced. No more funding for new technologies and learning. Keep doing the same age old stuff. Less people and more work pressure. Facing huge budget cut due to loss of exclusively
