Pros
The best reason for working at Pfizer is the numerous products available and ability to make a difference in the world. Pfizer is large enough that there are many site locations.
Cons
Too big of a company. The balance between money and customer focus frequently appears to lean towards the financials. But, when the company is about ready to lose several major patents, it can be understood why.
