Pros
People were highly talented both in HO and field force, culture was professional, lots of learning was there.
Cons
Market evolved but Pfizer India didnt. Lack of good people in sr management and even the sales and marketing is very weak. pfizer values are put on stake by some. Lots of beaurocarcy. No proper plan while launching branded generic, launching 20 - 30 branded generics over a period of 2 years is Not Pfizer India style.
