Good facilities, flexibility, benefits and paycheck.
Cons
Too much politics and no results. Commitments that never happens and no one is accountable at the end. Only if project is a success, everyone wants a piece of steak. In the meantime, you are alone. Everything relies on external contractors that keeps recycling.
