Pros
Pfizer pays very well and has great benefits. It's a large company that has a long history and will be around for a long time.
Cons
Pfizer's pipeline continues to be light. Don't count on job stability as layoffs continue. Pfizer Leader Behaviors and Values are a joke. Management really needs to practice what they preach.
