Pros
Amazing training facilities, standard expectation to not break regulations and work ethically
Cons
Just undergone massive restructures and removed a lot of support staff leaving field staff to carry a heavier load. Poor work/life balance, pay less than the rest of the industry but very high expectations for call rates and after hours work, annual leave constraints and travel out of work hours. I was working 50-60 hour weeks and this still wasnt enough. A lot of politics in management and it seemed people were promoted and rewarded based on their links not skill. Upper management would often contradict important statements they had made.
