      Great benefits (health, vacation, etc.) and good salary. People are very friendly and always willing to help. New hires get a great 401k match.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, with all the acquisitions Pfizer has done in the last 10 years is leading to a lot of layoffs in the last few years.
