Pros
Salary and benefits were good and a good manager can make or break you anywhere.
Cons
Survived many many layoffs throughout the company which leads to overall anxiety in the various groups I worked in. A new acquisition was equated with a new series of layoffs. Saw many very good employees with a wealth of experience let go.
