Pros

-unlimited sick leaves -good campus -good facilities like wfh, leaves if your manager allows to avail which in 50 percent is not the case. -some onsite opportunities here n there for a span of 4 weeks

Cons

-your skills and brain will rot because you don't have anything coding whatsoever. -think twice before joining CT team because their product is in absolute maintenance mode. -heavy documentation! There are around 5-6 documents that needs to be modified or made even for a single line of code change. Mangers emphasise on these documents always without really caring about the quality of code. The developer will get frustrated endlessly. -some managers are very eccentric and it is near impossible to work with them. There is no 360 degree feedback and managers act impossible to please!all the complaints to the upper level go unheard. I unfortunately had to work for a particular manager for a short period and that span of my life was the worst ever! In that team a single days leave needed to be applied two months prior and management did nothing about such rules! -MONEY(the ultimate motivator) The BU that I work for gives single digit hikes no matter how good you are which is very very annoying. The variable pay is 10%of ur CTC and it's just 60-70% of that amount that U get as the BU isn't making profits

Pros

Caring for complete people internally and world ecosystem. Focus on making lives better with purposeful impact worldwide. Changes happening as around the world but continue to see push to promote from within.

Cons

Many levels of processes, however after working at a company where the processes were bypassed causing further delays down the line. I see and understand the purpose.

Pros

The people in non- upper management roles that work there are fantastic. Great sense of community onsite and the culture champions are consistently looking for ways to make work life better.

Cons

Very poor communication on the strategy for the business unit. Leadership publicly promotes innovation and new ideas to be presented but then those ideas are shot down or penalized in private by current upper management. The business unit leadership says that don't want excuses for project delays but will then decide to do 3 major layoffs in the first two quarters with no transition plan, no support for gap in resources and no expectations to delayed progress.
