      Pays very well, Line management very good and devoted, good team interaction

      Cons

      The company at the highest levels does not make the decisions that make a difference in how I perform. Need to be truely lean even though they say they are. Does not understand how to integrate functions in order to achieve symetry.

      Company culture is friendly and helpful!

      Cons

      The manager didnt want me to interact with anybody in the team. I was supposed to report direct to the manager! She didnt have any projects planned for me and everyday was like a sword on my neck! There was nothing aligned and it was hard to figure out what had to be done!
