      - very slow to make decision and progress - very bureaucratic, with some weak upper management - unresponsive HR organization - disorganized, overcomplicated IT organization

      Company culture is friendly and helpful!

      Cons

      The manager didnt want me to interact with anybody in the team. I was supposed to report direct to the manager! She didnt have any projects planned for me and everyday was like a sword on my neck! There was nothing aligned and it was hard to figure out what had to be done!
