The worst management for Philips Health Systems in Malaysia.Most of the leaders itself did not have ownership and responsibility attitude towards their tasks. Did not have respect among each other, they can simply yelled at you in front of others or on the floor. There's no training or proper guidance for the newbies. You have constantly chase those leaders to complete their works even been given a dateline. Everybody busy taking care themselves. Poor teamwork even from leader. They not even back up he/her subordinate staff. That is why the turnover now is high.
