Pros
Most of engineers are smart and great. They are willing to work on exciting things without thinking about promotion. And product is fun to work on.
Cons
Too much politics in engineering part. A small amount of engineers (some managers as well) are not putting pinners first. Instead of contributing code, they are playing politics and delivering very negative culture here. Engineers who want to work on impactful things are very hard to get chance to if projects are against the interests of these people.
