Toxic, fake-nice culture, the company is held together by politics. Unbelievably understaffed and no regard at all for work life balance. No strategy, just an infinite loop of spreadsheets and useless meetings and managers running around in all directions trying to look good. Your priorities and deadlines change every other week with no consultation. Your VP will assume you’re not doing your job and, at the best of times, impart some of their infinite wisdom upon you in the form of « work smarter », without actually doing anything helpful.
