Pros
The people, product, and opportunity here are amazing. Despite what some former and disgruntled employees have to say, Pinterest is a low politics place if you're focused on continually improving the product and culture. There are strong core values guiding the company and this is the most transparent company I've worked at in 15 years in the valley.
Cons
We're a a dynamic and fast growing company so there are bound to be bumps in the road. If you're not comfortable with ambiguity or change, there are bigger companies you should consider.
