Business Outlook
Pros
Salary, benefits, 401K, etc. are all reasonably good - about what I've experienced elsewhere. People are friendly, and work conditions are extremely flexible - I work from home and set my own schedule.
Cons
The mail business is extremely profitable but shrinking, and the software business isn't growing. The long-term outlook is therefore not that bright. Although every corporation suffers from organizational silos, it is worse here than other places I've been. It seems almost impossible to get a decision made.
