Great company, Disorganized and Poor Management at all levels - Management PointClickCare Employee Review

-Managers just come to office to have a day out. Some comes once a week others once in a month to get reports. -Most managers won't even know your name or what you do. -Too much politics, old employees are very good at that. -New ideas are tossed out of the window from 7th floor. -Majority of old demographics at management level, Just hanging on until retirement. -People comes to office for average 4 hours a day, no one cares( who would care, Managers are not there themselves) -Old employees take advantage of their connections, will try to kick you out sooner than later.
