    Pros

    The company has a great vision for the future of health care. They understand that it's more important to help seniors and have an engaged workforce than to try and pump up a share price. The most important thing to me is the people I work with, and everyone here has been great. I think it really helps when you have down to earth leadership to set the tone of the company. I feel like I can approach many of the executive staff members and just chat as real people like you would at a very small company.

    Cons

    Not really a con to me, but maybe to you: there's a ton to do and it can be fast-paced. If you're looking to get lost in a cubicle until 5pm and not be noticed all day, you probably won't like it here.

    Advice to Management

    Stay down to earth, trust your instincts and continue to be real with people, you're doing great.

    Flexible hours, remote, great benefits, awesome people!!! Have ideas?? Great bc they love people with ideas, no status quo here!!!! Love my colleagues

    Can’t think of any, seriously though I know every job has cons but when you look at all the pros it’s hard to see any cons

    Keep up the good work, continue listening to your employees and trying new things and learning new things

    Pros

    Awesome flexibility and autonomy that is afforded to me by working from home. Talented, smart and fun co-workers that make every day exciting. Amazing leadership that provides a vision for taking care of our customers and a culture of taking care of the employees. Wonderful customers and partners that motivate and challenge us to provide the best solutions in the market.

    Cons

    Typical growing pains of a successful startup that has grown exponentially in the past few years. Sometimes there is not enough internal processes and sometimes there is too much. Its seems we are still trying to find the right balance at this stage in the company's evolution.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up! We are #1 for a reason!

    Pros

    the wealth of knowledge you are constantly learning, from education to your fellow peers is unsurpassed. PCC really provides all of its employees every opportunity to succeed and grow. Even though i work remotely, i still feel connected to my peers. I am grateful every day for my opportunity to work for this amazing company, and to be a part of its success.

    Cons

    Sometimes working from home can be a challenge, but you learn to balance it out.

    Advice to Management

    we have weekly meetings and are in frequent contact through emails. i appreciate the communication.

    I love the diversity of this company as a whole. They are forward thinking and the owners understand what it's like to not be an owner.

    Cons

    There aren't really any challenges. The company is quite large and manipulating your way through the departments can be a challenge, but coworkers are incredibly helpful and always willing to help.

    Keep doing what your doing!

    Pros

    Overall I am very satisfied with this company and the tremendous amount of support they provide for their employees. They have a great structure internally and overall I love working for them! They are sure to continue to grow as the Gorilla they are!

    Cons

    Only negative would be communication as that can always improve but otherwise no red flags here.

    Advice to Management

    Better one on ones with employees and see if they are truly a good fit for your dept or if they should shift into another role or position that may suit them better.

    The company is amazing. They are a solid company. They take care of their employees. Excellent work atmosphere. Great people to work with and for. Mangers are exceptional. Everybody works as a team! I have never worked for a company like this, its outstanding!
