    Pros

    I love working for PCC. The culture and environment is amazing. I work remotely and I feel extremely close to my team. I thought I wouldn’t feel included, however I feel included in every way. Sure, I miss out on a few things with not being in the home office, however my team is always there and shares tons of photos. My team is an amazing family and I love everything about. The vacation time is awesome andnhow understanding the company is, amazing!

    I personally can not think of any at this moment.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work. Open communication is key.

    Real sense of family and everyone really works together for the good of the customer. Not micromanaged. Company really makes their employees feel appreciated.

    Pros

    Amazing, diverse culture, Incredibly talented co-workers, work from home, flexible time off allows for balance of work and family, Passionate people from the top down. Challenging and changing work keeps me engaged and never bored or stagnant. Ability to learn, and grow within the company. Never feels like work when it's this fun!

    Been with the company 5 years and am struggling to come up with something.

    Pros

    Outstanding culture. Treated like an adult with an opinion and voice. As an older female I have never felt anything but fairness and equality. My colleagues are smart, fun and we get the job done . Managements top focus is the welfare of the employee, client and quality of service and product we deliver to the industry.

    I miss out on all the fun at Corporate.

    Benefits, time off, flexible hours, vacation time.

    Cons

    Poor management, work load. You are disposable. The company only cares about profits not the employees. If you want to be valued and respected, go somewhere else.
