Anonymous Interview Candidate in Minneapolis, MN
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at PointClickCare (Minneapolis, MN)
Multiple rounds of interviews, 1-2 hours each. System design, coding challenges, behavioral questions. There were a couple times during the interview that the interviewer didn't quite know what to do. After many hours of questioning getting asked about tennis balls was out of left field. The system design interview was interesting but not a real world problem and the interview kept making up more constraints.
- migration a tic-tac-toe game from on-prem to cloud.

Standard call from HR and then meeting with manager. I did not proceed to other rounds. They advised that there were a lot excellent candidates. The interview questions were standard with what languages I know and projects I have worked on
- What project are you the most proud of?

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at PointClickCare (Mississauga, ON)
It was straightforward and interviewer asked to the point questions. One thing which i found strange was they were asking another question without even letting me complete any answer. So be prepared for that
- Explain constructors and how they are used

I applied online. I interviewed at PointClickCare (Baltimore, MD)
It was pleasant and I am awaiting next steps. Interviewer was knowledgeable and provided insight into the position and organization. I found the conversation pleasant and overall experience good. Although, it took several weeks for the recruiter to contact me.
- Tell me about yourself and what interested you in the organization?

The recruiter reached out for a screener, followed by two Zoom interviews. Fairly standard, but a really enjoyable process. The managers described the teams and customers and how the role fits into the overall plan for the company.
- How do you turn your weaknesses into strengths?

Interviewer seemed really nice and helpful. The interview consisted of a Behavioural section, coding question in the language of your choice and a brain teaser. Coding question was very easy. Brain teaser was also not bad, but under pressure, your brain kinda freezes. My advice would be to do as many mock interviews as you can to get in the habit of interviewing. I'd also advise to leave a strong impression in the behavioural section and exude confidence. You got this!
- Coding: List with no dupes. Brain Teaser: With just a 3L bucket and 5L bucket, and an infinite amount of water, how can you end up with 4L in the 5L bucket.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PointClickCare (Toronto, ON)
First interview with a recruiter, next with the leader of the team, and one more with the Director of the team, basic questions about what I wanted to work there and some technical questions
- Strengths and Weaknesses, and talk about my work experience

On-site interview, EA I met with said the job i was interviewing was not actually the job available. Confusing interview, not what the recruiter initially said the job was. Let confused and feeling like a waste of time
- Please tell us about yourself

I applied online. I interviewed at PointClickCare (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2023
Recruiter got in touch, set up the screening, then set up a round with the hiring manager. After that moved quite quickly and went ahead with three additional rounds with business leader, skip level and a partner. While the interviews were going on recruiter reached out mentioned another recruiter is taking over the role provided an email ID. 1 week went by no update, since i had another offer to consider, I reached out to both the recruiters( the email Id bounced) and hiring manager for an update. No response at all, it was bizarre and completely unprofessional experience. Pretty disrespectful.
