Work-life balance is continually expressed and made in the company. Culture is extremely important, and they welcome all types of diversity. This is truly a judgement-free zone. Come as you are and as long as you get your work done. Leadership is fantastic and very open and passionate. I put a huge amount of time into work, but that is because I chose to, not that I have to.
Cons
The stress of making numbers in sales is tough since deals in my field can take 1 to 2 years and I also think that they should give raises to all employees including those in sales.
