Pros

The culture is amazing, all the people are extremely competent, supportive, and positive. Benefits are generous.

Cons

Salary does not match market value. Unrealistic Company and team objectives. On the team level there seems to be an "anything we can measure we will measure" approach to KPI's and a lack of analysis to make sure that those measurements make sense in practice/application with projects.

Working here was good at one point

Cons

Culture has changed drastically at the company. Leadership no longer cares about the people at the company and only focus on the finances/budgets and throwing more load onto the team members. The culture is now cold, changing fast, pushy, and it no longer reflects what we were even 2-3 years ago
