Good workplace culture, respectful of work life balance Pay is within range of what the industry dictates Good benefits

Cons

Anything other than a scheduled pay raise (end of year 3%) has been difficult to obtain. When getting positive overall feedback and hitting objectives and asking to be compensated for extra work picked up, was given the run around. Sometimes feels like objectives/success measures are used as a way to keep employees from advancing instead of helping them to do so.

Prior leadership at lower level

Cons

Speaks to equality for everyone but when it comes to people with mental health issues they don’t care!
