Pros

There were very few positive experiences.

Cons

No work life balance, micromanaging area managers, low pay, clawbacks on commission, ever changing commission structure in order to line upper management pockets, missing commission on pay checks, no stools for pregnant employees (until 30 weeks), no structured break times, expected to be in contact with employees and on email outside of work hours, zero empathy, female employees are punished for speaking out about harassment in the workplace.

Pros

You get a hourly check every 2 weeks

Cons

They find every way possible to not pay you out on commission so you are left basically making a few dollars more than minimum wage. The verbally tell you to commit fraud. No work life balance. They keep stores staffed at the bare minimum so if you do call out you feel bad for screwing over your co worker who is then all alone all day. 2 people to run a store open 7 days a week is not enough.
