Pros
Great equipment,The BEST terminals (especially Springfield), Dispatchers are just like everywhere else. Some are good and some are worthless. Ken Auman is GOOD!!! I really enjoyed my time here.
Cons
This company is a Puppy mill for new drivers. I do not think it is OK to become a Trainer within your first year of obtaining your CDL. Ive been driving for 10 and still don't think Im qualified to train. Prime has become like every other BIG company out there. We used to be known by our first name and now we're just a truck number. It doesn't feel like family anymore.
